As a Tax Partner, Kurt Walcutt concentrates on serving privately held, middle-market clients in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience working with closely held and family held businesses and related issues including succession planning, merger and acquisition transactions, tax planning, and estate planning. His specialty interests include working with high net worth individuals, private foundations and other related wealth planning vehicles such as Charitable Trust, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts and other transfer Trusts. Kurt also has significant experience working with Multi-National companies and their expatriate and foreign national employees related to US tax planning and utilization of available tax benefits such as the foreign earned income exclusion and foreign tax credits.
