Rob Eagleye serves privately held, middle-market, high-growth clients in a variety of industries. Rob also works closely with the executive teams for their personal tax situations. Specifically, he has extensive experience working with closely held and family held businesses and their attendant issues including succession planning, merger and acquisition transactions, tax planning and employee stock ownership plans. Rob also has significant experience in State and Local Taxation, in both the Income and Franchise and Personal Property Tax areas.

Rob began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in the tax department after graduating from John Carroll University in 1987. He was promoted to manager in 1993. Rob joined Thornhill Financial, Inc. in 1999.
