Tom Feola serves privately held, middle-market, high-growth clients in a variety of industries. Specifically, he has extensive experience working with closely held and family held businesses and their related issues including succession planning, merger and acquisition transactions, income and estate tax planning, and overall business consultation. Tom also serves as a consultant on several client advisory boards.

Tom started his career with Arthur Andersen and worked there from 1982 to 1996.  In 1996, Tom left Arthur Andersen to start Thornhill Financial, Inc.
